After receiving your booking request, we will verify whether the required hotel has rooms available on your dates. If the hotel does indeed have rooms available, we will send you an email with a link that you can use to finalize the reservation.
If the hotel has no rooms available, we will come up with a suitable alternative. You will receive a response from us within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends).
